All ski tickets are subject to the age-group regulations.
Family offers apply only to mini's, children's (2004-2013) and teenagers (2001-2003).

• Ski passes are not transferable.
• Abuse of ski passes results in the withdrawal of the ski pass and the exclusion of carriage. In addition, a fine of € 50.00 and the full price of a day ticket must be paid. Trying to transfer a ski pass to another guest is already considered as an abuse.
• Each ticket holder must keep his ticket in such a way that third parties have no access to it.
• There's no replacement for forgotten or lost ski passes.
• Own rates for tobogganing in the evening and night skiing.
• Changes and errors are subject to alterations!
• Prices in Euro incl. 10% VAT. Price changes due to a possible VAT increase are subject to alterations!

Please note that for the purpose of access control a reference photo of the lift ticket holder is taken the first time he or she is passing through a turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo is compared by the lift crew with those photos taken each time the ticket holder strides through a camera-equipped turnstile.

The reference photo will be deleted immediately after expiry of the validity of the lift ticket, the other photos no later than 30 minutes after each passing through a turnstile.

Please note that there is also the possibility to purchase lift tickets which are configured in a way that no photo is taken when striding through the turnstile. In this case, you have to expect random checks by the lift staff.
